We strive to give you the best experience possible.
If there have been issues that occur with our digital products that we provide, we will rectify the
electronic malady- but if there are no present or obvious problems with downloadable items or files- all
sales will be final once the file has been downloaded. No refunds or returns are available.
Any physical products are provided by independent, print-on-demand suppliers. We do not have access
to their inventory or supplies. If there has been an unreasonable amount of time passed (longer than
two weeks) where you have not received the item/product, or similar replacement from our
providers/suppliers that you have purchased, a refund of money for that particular item will be the sole
remedy.
We attempt to provide specific descriptions/dimensions and images of our products to aid you in your

understanding, polite, and civilized way. We agree to provide reasonable customer support as best as
we can- but we cannot guarantee wait times or immediate response. We will process requests/issues in
